Returns Policy
- Only products that have been invoiced are eligible for return. For orders that are in process please contact our customer service department.
- Only standard stocked items are eligible for return unless the product is being returned for warranty reasons.
- Returned product must be in resalable condition and in its original packaging. Credit will not be issued for products which are not returned in a condition that Triad Technologies considers resalable.
- All products are not returnable. Items such as, but not limited to - made to order, assembled, or custom products are not eligible for return unless the return is for warranty reasons.
- Products are eligible for return up to 120 days after the invoice date or the allowable return time from the original manufacturer if shorter than 120 days.
- All returns except warranty claims will be subject to restocking fee. The restocking fee will be the higher of 25% of the invoiced value of the returned product, or a restocking fee from our supplier.
- Upon approving a return Triad Technologies will issue a Return Materials Authorization (RMA). The RMA will provide instructions on how to return the goods.
- Products not received within 30 days of the issuance date on the RMA will not be accepted for return and will be sent back via freight collect.
